Delete your account
Last updated 8 September 2026 · Stak Technologies, Inc.
You can delete your Pepper account and the personal information associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.
By email
Email privacy@stak.cc from the address associated with your account, with the subject line Delete my account. We will confirm your identity, delete the account, and confirm in writing within 30 days — usually much sooner.
An in-app deletion option is coming. Until it ships, email is the route. This page will be updated when the in-app option is available.
What gets deleted
- Your account and its identifier, held by our authentication provider
- Your email address
- Your entitlement and subscription-status record
- Any abuse-prevention counters associated with your account
What is not deleted, and why
- Documents on your device. These were never sent to us and we cannot reach them. Delete them in the app, or uninstall Pepper to remove them along with the app.
- Purchase records held by Google. Your transaction history belongs to your Google account and is governed by Google's policies. Request its removal through Google.
- Records we must keep by law. A minimal transaction record may be retained where tax or accounting rules require it. It is not used for any other purpose.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your Pepper account does not cancel billing — the subscription lives in your Google Play account. Cancel it in the Play Store under Subscriptions before deleting, or you may continue to be charged.
This cannot be undone
Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. If you subscribe again later you will need to create a new account, and an active subscription will need to be restored through Google Play.
